先日、仕事でエアコンの遠隔操作の設定を行いました。
スマートフォンやタブレットで、家のエアコンを操作できるようにする設定です。
これが難しい。。
最初からつまづきました。
何度やってもうまくいかず。。
メーカーさんに電話して相談すると、Wi-Fiを5GHzから2.4GHzへ変更しないといけないとのこと。
そんなことカタログに書いてないやん。。
よく見ると、取扱説明書の隅に、小さく書いてありました。
これは、わからん。。
あと、Wi-Fiだけのタブレットではうまくいかないようです。
お客様のiPhoneで設定するとうまくいきました。
格闘することで約2時間、何とかうまく接続できて、よかったです。
何回かやって、少しずつ慣れていくしかないですね。
