昨晩は、妻がケンタッキーフライドチキン風唐揚げを作ってくれました。
お昼からスパイスたっぷりの味付けで、鶏肉を漬け込んでくれていました。
衣はカリッと、中身はジューシー。
ご飯とも、バッチリ会います。
2人で鶏もも肉1枚分、おいしくいただきました。
個人的には、いつものレモン果汁を加えた竜田揚げが好きかも。
妻も同意見でした。
